We had to make the unfortunate and difficult decision to do at-home euthanasia on our 10 year old dog, Lily. Dr. Brown made the process as calm and peaceful as it could possibly be. She helped this fur mama through the most difficult day of my life and I couldn’t have asked for a better exit for my dog. She comforted Buckley in his final moments, anytime I took my hand off of him to wipe my tears, she made sure hers was on him so he was never without a loving touch. They were so throrough and kind as they worked my 11 year old lab in as new client. Since he doesn't see or hear well, and has trouble being disoriented at times, it is extremely difficult to load him up and take him on a vet visit. Having Dr. Brown come to our house to evaluate him was invaluable. Her office staff was so easy to work with, and she is so knowledgable and kind. - Haley S.I can't sing enough praise about Dr. Brown. She was patient, understanding, and spent all the time we needed to understand our furbaby's condition better. Not only Dr. Brown, but Ms. Megan too (the receptionist). Excellent communication delivered through this company. I appreciate being provided tools to be proactive rather than reactive to his condition. We felt properly advised in suggestions of products but never felt that it was pushed on us.
